RETURNS
We are confident that you will love your Bobbe purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns for refund must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will provide a store credit for future purchases. All returns for credit must be postmarked no later than 30 days of purchase. For refunds and store credits all merchandise must have the tags attached and be in new and unused condition in its original packaging. Shipping and handling charges for returns are the responsibility of the sender. Please contact customer service for a return authorization.

EXCHANGES 
Our merchandise quantities are limited. The exchange process with the shipping can take a few days making it likely that the item(s) you want will no longer be available. To guarantee that you get the new item(s) you wish for exchange, we recommend that you place a new order and return the unwanted item for a store credit. A store credit will be issued once we receive your return, provided it meets the RETURN requirements mentioned above.
We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that merchandise is lost, stolen, mishandled or bears sign of being used.
We strongly recommend shipping return merchandise via a traceable carrier for tracking purposes and requesting adequate insurance to cover purchase price of shipment. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Please note that store credits cannot be used towards the purchase of gift certificates.
