We want you to love what you wear—so if the fit or color isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right.
We ship exchanges free both ways—every time.
Available within the U.S. only.

If a return makes more sense, that’s easy too—we’re here to help either way.

💫 Returns
You’re welcome to return any item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just make sure your item is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags still attached

  • Accompanied by your order number or receipt

To start a return, simply email us at hello@bobbeactive.com. We’ll send over a prepaid return label and easy instructions.

🔄 Exchanges
Not quite the right fit or color? Let’s get it right.
We love helping customers find their perfect piece. Just email us with what you’d like to try, and we’ll:

  • Ship your new item out right away (on us!)

  • Include a return label so you can send back the original without a hassle

🛍 A Few Things to Note

  • Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange

  • Sale items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value

  • Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible for a refund

🧼 Trying Things On?
We totally get it—trying things on is part of the fun! Just a little heads-up:
Please avoid makeup or deodorant marks when trying on your pieces, so we can accept your return and keep everything fresh for the next person.

🚚 Received the Wrong Item or Something Damaged?
We’re so sorry about that! Email us right away at hello@bobbeactive.com and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return and it’s approved, we’ll process your refund and send you a confirmation email. Refunds usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
