RETURNS
We are confident that you will love your Bobbe purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to issue a refund for items returned within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact customer service below for a return authorization and shipping label.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  
*Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items listed as *FINAL SALE* or on gift cards.
Sale merchandise can be exchanged for other items that are of equal or more value.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

CONDITION
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.
REFUNDS
Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
