Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 US only:

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in five (5) to eight (8) business days (Monday-Friday, not including Holidays). Standard Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico addresses.  If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply.

Order Processing times:

  • ALL orders are processed Monday-Friday within 24-48 hours. Please note we do not ship on weekends, if your order was placed on a weekends will be processed on the following business day (business day refers to Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays)
  • Shipping rates are based on weight and shipping speed.

Next Day Business Shipping

  • As noted above, ALL orders have a 24-48 hour processing time. Once the processing time concludes, shipping timelines are followed as detailed below.
  • Orders placed by 1 P.M. PST Monday-Friday, will be delivered next business day
  • Orders placed AFTER 1 P.M. PST Monday-Friday and on weekends, will arrive on the second business day (business day refers to Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays)
  • Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and certain remote locations
  • Not guaranteed for P.O. Boxes. 

Exchanges and Returns

Dear Valued Customer,

Depending on your location, delivery time will vary. You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking information.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive your shipment within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect address information.

The majority of all orders arrive within the advertised time frame, but in very rare occasions, please allow up to 14 business days.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your local post office. We do not hold responsibility for packages that state ”delivered”. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered or delivered.

If your package is non-deliverable due to insufficient address, please contact us immediately at hello@bobbeactive.com with your Order Number. You will be responsible for the secondary shipment charge due to customer address error.
